Where do you ship ?
We ship virtually everywhere across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and Australia. We use major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.
How much does the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free worldwide. We also provide expedited shipping. But it costs $40.
Will I have to pay any duties/taxes on top of my order?
We usually declare a low customs value so our customers will not pay or not pay much the customs fees. However, We remain not responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where your order is shipped to. This will be your responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Shipping – 12 to 20 Business Days
Express Shipping – 5 to 10 Business Days
Please note that the typical order dispatch time is 1 to 5 days.
The watch I want is sold out. How can I get it?
Please contact us at [email protected] – we may be able to immediately give you an estimate of when the timepiece is going to be re-stocked or will pop in an email as soon as the watch is available.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Please get in touch, emailing [email protected] – we’ll be happy to update you on the order progress and give you a good idea on when your order will be with you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
At DidunWatch we’re super-efficient and want you to receive your order as soon as possible. We will try to process and dispatch your order as quickly as we can, which may limit our ability to add items to the initial order or to prevent a package from shipping. Nevertheless, do reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
I just received my item but it arrived broken. What should I do?
Please contact us at [email protected], describing the issue with the product received. Please also attach good quality, close-up photo(s) or videos demonstrating the fault.
I have just emailed you. When will I hear back?
We aim to reply to you as soon as we can – this shouldn’t take longer than 24 hours.
How can I pay for my order?
We only accept PayPal for the moment and most major Credit Cards in the near future.
I have received a discount coupon from DidunWatch. How is it valid?
We try to show our appreciation to loyal and valued customers by offering the discount coupons. Some of them have unlimited validity, others may be open to use just for a certain time. If not specified, please drop as a line at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to check that for you. Please note the codes won’t be accepted for already discounted items.
How can I exchange or return my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders due to hygiene reasons since our products are wearable items and not fit for resale upon return.
We do however provide support for any items that arrive damaged or that do not fit the description. In these cases, we may offer Store Credit or a Replacement. For further information, please refer to our Refunds Policy page.
